How to Register?
Recently we have launched our new quick and easy registration form where you don't have to fill long forms any more while starting. Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Go to Allactiontrade.com's homepage: http://www.allactiontrade.com;
  2. Click the "New Members! Register Here" link in the left side of the screen (under the login form); it will redirect you to the registration form page.
  3. All the fields are mandatory. Fill all the fields.
  4. Finally submit when done;

Please enter all information correctly. The system will send an email to this email address which you have mentioned in this form for authentication. Once you receive that email, you are requested to follow the instruction to "Activate" your account at allactiontrade.com.

Modify User Profile

Once you have successfully authenticated your account, you will be confirmed as a registered member. Now you should update your profile immediately so that other traders can get a correct idea about your business profile. You can change your profile anytime you want:

  1. Sign in at allactiontrade.com with your member ID and password;
  2. Go to Profile and click User Profile;
  3. Now first of all you should update your Business Type and Categories. These are the basic information based on which other traders will contact you. If you are a Buyer, you must check it then also mention what type of buyer you are, whether you are an Importer, Dealer etc. Similarly you should mention it if you are a Seller or Both. For each type you must list your categories. It can be similar or different for Buyer or Seller based on your business requirements.
  4. Once this part is done, please update your Company Information like Company Name, Business Area, Revenue etc.
  5. Lastly, fill in your Contact Information where you mention your name, email, address, newsletter preferences etc.
  6. Click on "Register Now" when done.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click on the Forgot Password link on Home Page (left side below the Sign-In box). You will be redirected to the forgot password page/form.
  2. Here you will be given 2 options. Either you enter your username OR email address. Whatever you remember, enter it in the respective field.
  3. Finally click on the "Retrieve Password" button. Your password will be emailed to your registered email address* only.

    * This step has been taken for your own safety. We will not display your password on this page even if somebody enters your username/email address correctly.

How to send Inquiry?

Users have the option to send inquiries to companies. They can send it in 2 ways either one by one or with multiple inquiries at a time.

A one by one inquiry can be sent from the detailed offer description page.

As you can see above, there is a link for "Post Response" to this company. Simply click on this link and it will take you to the form page where you can enter you enquiry title and description and send it to them. Also you can forward it to some of your friends at the same time by entering their emails in the box mentioned there in the form.

For "Multiple Inquiries",  while browsing the offer pages, check the offers that interest you and click on the "Send Enquiry" button on top. It will take you to the post response page where you will enter enquiry details. Above the form you can see the names of the companies to whom it will be sent. Your inquiry will be sent immediately to all the traders that you have selected.

You can also click on the checkbox available in the left side to check all offers available on the page.

Inquiry Basket

Please follow the following steps to use Inquiry Basket:

  1. Select the suppliers that you are interested in contacting;
  2. Check the box and click on the "Add to Basket" button;
  3. View your selections at any time by clicking View Basket;
  4. When you are ready, click "View Basket". Here you can see all companies whose offers you have selected and added in your basket.
  5. Check the companies to whom you want to send an inquiry and click on the "Send Inquiry" button.
  6. Fill in the form and send your inquiry finally.
  7. Your inquiry will be directed immediately to all the checked companies in your Basket.

    You can delete a company from your basket by checking against their name and clicking on "Delete Selected". Similarly you can press "Clear Basket" to remove all listings from your basket.

How to Post Offers?

To post your offers on Allactiontrade.com:

  1. Sign in at Allactiontrade.com
  2. Go to Profile and click Post Offers under the "My Offers" link on the left side.
  3. Complete the form with the details of your offer (* means required information).
  4. Choose an appropriate category for you offer.
  5. Select an Offer type like sell, buy or business opportunity.
  6. Enter a title and a description.
  7. You can upload an image for your offer Or if you have saved any image in your imageBank, you can link that image with this offer. (100K maximum, JPG or GIF format)
  8. Choose an offer duration for how long this offer will be displayed on our website.
  9. Click the "Post Offer" button for submitting your offer finally.

Your trade lead will be published immediately.

Modify your offers

You can take the following steps to modify your posted trade offers:

  1. Sign in at Allactiontrade.com
  2. Go to Profile and click Manage Offers under the "My Offers" link on the left side.
  3. Click on the "Edit" link beside the offer title you want to modify.
  4. Modify the details of the offer as desired.
  5. Click the "Update Offer" button to submit.

Your trade lead will be published immediately. You can see the changes on the website. You can also extend the duration for any offer by editing it to continue viewing on the site.

Once an offer expires, it is removed automatically and is not viewed. If an offer expires, it can be "Re-used" with the same or changed details. In this case the modified offer will be reposted as a new one.

Delete your offers

You can take the following steps to delete your posted trade offers:

  1. Sign in at Allactiontrade.com
  2. Go to Profile and click Manage Offers under the "My Offers" link on the left side.
  3. Click on the "Delete" link beside the offer title you want to delete.
  4. Confirm if an alert box pops up.

The deleted trade offer will be removed from your profile list immediately. Be careful while deleting an offer. Once an offer is deleted, all responses against that offer is also deleted.

Posting Tips
  1. You can post your offers with a product picture, thus giving supplier tangible ideas on your products.
  2. You can re-post your expired offers. Reposting creates a new entry hence your offer will be listed on recent items and top on offer listing page in their relevant category.
  3. No matter whether you get any response against your offer or not, we recommend you to post your offers very frequently so that it should display on top and other trader can view it.
  4. Put as much details as you can for your offers. The more information you put against your offers, more traders will be interested in your product as it will give them clear idea about your product and tell them how serious you are.
